Boxes

What is a Watch Society box?

A box is a published list of real watches or purses, each with its own chance. When you open a box, you receive one of them. It's held in our vault until you ship it or sell it back.

Can I open more than one box at a time?

Yes, for watch boxes. On the opening screen choose 3 boxes to open three in a row for three times the price. Each opening uses the same published odds and is drawn independently. Purse boxes open one at a time.

What happens when a box sells out?

Limited drops have a set number of openings. When they're all opened, or the drop closes, the box shows as sold out. Its contents and odds stay visible.

Odds

How is my prize selected?

Each opening is drawn on our servers using the exact probabilities shown on the box page. The probabilities for every watch or purse in a box add up to 100%, and every opening is independent of previous results.

Do the odds ever change?

Not while a box is on sale. If we change what's inside a box, it's published as a new edition with its own odds, and the box page always shows the odds in use.

Can I check that a result was fair?

Yes. Draws are provably fair: we publish a hash of the server seed before you open, and you can reveal the seed afterwards to check every result. The Odds page explains how.

What do Core, Select, Rare and Grail mean?

They're value tiers, from the most likely and least valuable (Core) to the rarest and most valuable (Grail). Each box shows the chance of every tier and every prize.

Values

Are prize values guaranteed?

No. Each watch and purse shows an estimated value based on recent resale prices for the same reference and condition. It's a guide, not a guaranteed resale price or a promise of profit, and the piece you receive may be worth less than the opening price.

Are the watches and purses real and authenticated?

Yes. Every watch and purse is a physical piece held in our vault. It's inspected and authenticated before it's added to a box, and graded Like new, Excellent or Good. Each item page shows its condition and what comes with it.

Collection

How long can a prize stay in my collection?

Up to 30 days from the day you open it. Before the ship-by date shown on the item, choose to ship it or sell it back. We remind you 7 days before the deadline.

What happens if I miss the ship-by date?

If an item is still in your collection after 30 days, it's sold back automatically at the current sell-back quote and the amount is added to your balance.

Shipping

What does delivery cost?

Standard shipping is $25 (3–5 business days) and express is $45 (1–2 business days) per shipment. Insurance is 1.2% of the item's estimated value, and sales tax is calculated for your delivery state. Every charge is shown before you confirm.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States. Every parcel is insured and needs a signature on delivery. You can track it from your orders.

Sell back

How does selling back work?

You're offered 90% of the item's estimated value. You see the amount before you confirm, and it's added to your balance straight away.

Can I undo a sell-back?

No. Once you confirm, the item leaves your collection and the amount is added to your balance.

Payments

How do I add funds?

Go to Wallet and choose Add funds. You can pay by card or Apple Pay, from $10 to $5,000 at a time.

Can I withdraw my balance?

Yes, to a bank account in your name. Withdrawals need a verified identity and are reviewed by our team before they're paid, usually within 1–3 business days. The minimum is $20, and promotional credit can't be withdrawn until it's spent.

How do referral rewards work?

Share your link from Rewards. When a friend signs up and opens a box of $50 or more, you each get $25 in credit.

Account

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Watch Society is only for people aged 18 and over in the United States. We check your date of birth when you sign up and verify your identity before your first deposit or withdrawal.

Can I set limits or take a break?

Yes. In your profile you can set a monthly spend limit on box openings or take a break. See Responsible participation for more help.

How do I close my account?
